Brandi McRill, President
Brandi McRill is a native Houstonian who graduated from the School of Communications at University of Houston. Ms. McRill settled in Cypress, TX after marrying her husband, Jack, in 2005.
Having spent the start of her career in Medical Sales, she developed an Award-Winning Sales Technique that found her among top in her field. After years of collecting awards and accolades, Brandi recognized something was missing from the medical industry, so she slowly began building a business centered around supporting health.
In 2015, she and her husband founded a vegetable co-op designed to connect neighbors with local, small farmers. Brandi began educating her community on the importance of nourishing the body with locally sourced fruits and vegetables. She then developed social media platforms to teach creative ways to eat vegetables and to show the ease of incorporating plants into a daily lifestyle.
Seeing her audience empowered to take an active role in their wellness but having little exposure to a marketplace, Brandi was re inspired by the guidance from her late Grandma, Gloria, and launched Flourishing Fern Farm to Home. Flourishing Fern is a modern-day apothecary that connects people with plants. The thoughtfully curated line includes bath, body and lifestyle products that are fresh, seasonal and lovely.
Brandi believes strongly in giving back to her community and advocates for the following charities: 100 Women Who Care, Cypress; Shield Bearer; Causes for a Cure; Candlelighters Houston and The Renewal Center, Tomball. She currently serves at the President for CyFair Women’s Network and Vice President for the Tomball Farmers Market.

They were able to return to Indiana until they turned back around to make their home in Houston after Rick was offered a position at Junior Achievement. A promotion for Rick took them to St. Louis for 8 years; but, the Bayou City called again and the Frankes returned to Houston where they have spent the last 11 years.
